OUR PROCESS

  1.  Provide the full address of the property that you are interested in.

  2.  If you would like, request a scheduled a walkthrough.

  3. Upon deciding to move forward with the purchase of this property, the Purchase and Assignment agreements will be sent for signatures. Complete and send back.

  4.  We will also send you the “Buyer’s Information” form to be filled out and returned on the same day received.

  5.  Prepare to submit earnest money to the designated Attorney/Title company within the stated time on the Assignment doc.
    NOTE: Property is still considered “available” an on the market until earnest money is sent to the Attorney/Title company along with a wire receipt.

  6.  An email thread will be sent to the Attorney/Title company and Buyer(s) to open up the communication to assist in completing the purchase process. 

NOTE: We will facilitate this deal from beginning to end to ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible.
